The Bruery Poterie Anniversary Ale (CA)

English-style old ale, fermented with a house Belgian yeast.  A portion of each anniversary ale is saved in oak barrels and blended in with next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character.  Robust and complex flavors of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla and oak.  Poterie will age gracefully for decades when cellared properly.

Alexana Charadonnay 2013 (OR)

Vibrant bouquet of green apple, lemon zest and vanilla on the nose; On the palate, bright & crisp notes of apple blossom, white plum & great minerality with a long finish.

Barville Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2014 (France)

Blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre; Typical of its terroir with a nose of spices, black pepper, lavender, black cherries and blackberries. Elegant and powerful, with a distinctive velvety palate showing red fruits; Enjoy with powerful dishes such as BBQ steak with béarnaise sauce, black truffle and foie gras parcels or melting chocolate puddings.

Begali Amarone 2011 (Italy)

From 2/3 Corvina and 1/3 Rondinella, and aged half in barrel, half in large vats for over three years.  Open scent of cooked raspberries.  Very pure mélange of berries and spiced plum, not too raisiny, but with plenty of tannin and acid to make this perfectly suitable to drink with red meats.

Petit Guiraud Sauternes 2013(France)

Perfect balance between freshness and minerality; Light notes of honey; Fine and supple with good structure; Extremely refined sweetness.
