Uinta Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout (UT)

Barrel blended American Stout brewed with a copious amount of chocolate malt, roasted barley, and rolled oats before resting in barrels for 1 year.  This beer fuses notes of roasted coffee and cacao nibs with an earthy bitterness from hops to balance the finish.

Annabella Chardonnay 2014 (CA)

Youthful but sophisticated, the wine entices with aromas of honeydew melon, juicy tangerine, and a slight hint of butterscotch.  Silky, weighty mouth feel with fine-spun flavors of citrus blossom and a hint of cinnamon;  Enjoy with butter sautéed sea scallops.

Vigilance Cimarron 2013 (CA)

Blend of 38% Zinfandel, 25% Syrah, 12% Petite Sirah, 20% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon; Multi-layered wine with good balance and a long, lush finish; Aged on French and American oak for 13 months; Aromas of blackberry, tart cherry and a bouquet of spices lead to flavors of fresh blackberries, bright cherry, bay leaf and black pepper with soft oak tannins on the finish.

The Arsonist Red Blend 2013 (CA)

Blend of 52% Petit Verdot, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 24% Merlot; Dense, dark and ripe; Aromas of mocha, blueberry and cardamom intermingle with cigar box and hints of black pepper; A sweet oak character on the entry brings blackberry and cherry on the mid-palate, finishing with a pleasing peppery nip; Mouth-filling structure; Pair with a big, rich meal.

Prime’s Tawny Port (Portugal)

Blondish red appearance; red fruit jam aroma; sweet taste with fine wood and vanilla hints; Pairs well with apple or almond pie, dried fruits with nuts and cheeses; Great as an aperitif when served slightly chilled.
